Institutional Governance

Committees & Cells

At DJ College of Pharmacy, we maintain a transparent, safe, and progressive campus environment. Our dedicated internal committees and grievance cells work actively to uphold academic integrity, ensure student welfare, prevent ragging, and promote equal opportunities for every member of our institution.

Institutional Governance & Regulatory Compliance

Statutory Committees & Cells

DJ College of Pharmacy operates under a strictly organized framework of statutory monitoring panels — regulatory bodies that ensure an equitable, secure, and non-discriminatory environment for students, faculty, and research staff alike.

Our Core Operational Ethos

In line with national education and pharmacy council mandates, governance here extends beyond the classroom — covering psychological wellbeing, career readiness, equal-rights safeguards, and formal grievance mechanisms. Every committee below is staffed by elected or nominated representatives who meet regularly to audit institute parameters, publish reviews, and act on submitted cases.

Students are encouraged to engage with committee executives whenever advice, representation, or a conflict-resolution pathway is needed. Every voice on campus receives fair consideration and protective standing.

Filing Workflow

From Submission to Resolution

Every case follows the same three-stage path, regardless of which committee receives it.

01

Step Formulation

Complainants log issues through our secure portal. Each file receives a unique track code, with identity anonymity honored on request.

02

Board Investigation

Committee heads convene review sessions, consult witnesses, examine the record, and prepare an objective report.

03

Binding action passes to the Principal's office. Outcomes roll out promptly, with clear feedback to the filer.
